Independent villa on two levels in San Pietro in Bevagna, Via delle Mammole, Borraco area, just 30 meters from the beachfront.
On the ground floor, there is a living area with a kitchenette, ceiling fan, a cozy sitting room, a bathroom with a shower cabin, a washing machine, and a storage room. On the first floor, the sleeping area includes two air-conditioned bedrooms, a bathroom with a shower cabin, and a hallway with a bunk bed and a standing fan (accommodating a total of 7 guests + a crib).
The villa is equipped with all comforts. We provide complete linens: bed sheets, towels, bathrobes, beach towels, shower towels, tablecloths, and kitchen towels. Additionally, bicycles, a canoe, beach umbrellas, beach chairs, and a barbecue are available for your use.
For families with children, we provide a safety gate for the stairs, a travel crib, a high chair, and a changing table.
There is outdoor space for parking up to two cars. The backyard is equipped with a gazebo, table, chairs, barbecue, as well as a utility area with a shower and laundry sink.
