We believe in love for our land and the values of responsible tourism

We are the Turistic Association Manduria d’aMARE, a non-profit organization founded by a group of people united by their love for their land and the values of responsible tourism. Since 2024, we have been recognized as a Third Sector Entity. Our goal? To enhance the Manduria area and promote a sustainable tourism model that protects the environment, preserves local traditions, and fosters integration.

Our Objectives

  • Promote responsible tourism by enhancing the historical, artistic, and natural heritage.
  • Spread a culture of hospitality, where the tourist is a resource, not a disturbance to the territory.
  • Provide tourism information and assistance services to enhance the travel experience.
  • Support local activities that follow principles of sustainability and tradition, such as agritourisms, artisans, and farm-to-table restaurants.
  • Be a reference point for non-hotel tourism operators, providing visibility and support.
  • Collaborare con istituzioni e stakeholder per incentivare lo sviluppo turistico e culturale di Manduria.
  • Promote environmental awareness and the protection of the territory, involving schools, residents, and tourists.

Strategies for Sustainable Tourism

To achieve these objectives, the association is committed to:

  • Collaborate with public entities, associations, and tourism operators.
  • Organize cultural, food and wine, and educational events.
  • Propose thematic itineraries and educational paths for schools and groups.
  • Participate in calls for proposals and projects for funding activities related to responsible tourism.
  • Offer support to members through a web platform to promote their activities.

Membership is open to all who share our principles. Fill out our online application form, and a board member will contact you to explain everything about joining the association.
