Welcome to Casa Le Dune Salentine, a recently renovated and well-maintained 155 sqm home in the heart of Salento, located in San Pietro in Bevagna! We are in the Lido Aquarium Residence area. The house is situated in a quiet private street, making it the perfect getaway for families or friends looking for a relaxing vacation near the sea, supermarkets, and all necessary amenities.

As you enter, you’ll find a spacious outdoor patio, ideal for relaxing or enjoying outdoor meals. Inside, the house features three bedrooms with six beds. A crib and two additional beds can be added for a small fee. The bright living room includes an open-plan kitchen equipped with everything you need: a dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine, induction cooktop, and a baby dining set with a high chair.
The house has two bathrooms (one is a service bathroom), a laundry area, and a second outdoor veranda at the back with a shower and sink. The entire space is air-conditioned. Bed linens and towels are available upon request for an additional fee. Utilities and energy costs are included in the rental price. Upon arrival, you’ll find the house clean and sanitized.
The spacious outdoor patio is perfect for dining or unwinding on the sun loungers, and for the little ones, there’s even a ball pit! Guests can also enjoy board games for some fun together.
The location is unbeatable: just 200 meters from the beach, you can easily reach the golden sands and crystal-clear waters for a relaxing day by the sea. The beach is accessible via a convenient walkway for strollers and wheelchairs and is also pet-friendly!
If you’d like to explore the town, the main square is just 1 km away, where you’ll find bars, restaurants, and supermarkets for all your needs. A parking space is available in front of the property’s wall on the private street.
